The Francois Ferreira Academy
The Francois Ferreira Academy has been providing quality, accredited training in Culinary Arts and Hospitality in George in the picturesque Garden Route since 2004. George was voted the best city in South Africa in March 2019, and has the best quality of life, and highest safety rating, so making it the ideal place to live and study.
The Academy has a state of the art modern training kitchen, with 20 individually equipped work stations, and staff that have a wealth of experience both professionally as well as academically. Students are given the opportunity to develop and grow in a safe environment that is conducive to study, and where they experience work placements in world class restaurants and hospitality establishments.
The school has become a home away from home for many of the students from as far as Cape Town, Gauteng and even across the border.

Send your application with a copy of your ID and your final matric results that you achieved to marketing@francoisferreira.com. On receiving your application form, you will be sent an invoice to pay your deposit. Your booking will then be secure.
